Facebook and their development partner, Signature Development Group, retained Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc. to provide environmental services for the development of Willow Village in Menlo Park, CA. The Willow Village Master Plan Project would demolish existing buildings and landscaping and construct new buildings, open space, and infrastructure within a Residential/Shopping District, Town Square District, and Campus District. The Proposed Project would increase the nonresidential uses (i.e., office space and accessory space in the Office District and public commercial/retail) by approximately 0.8 million square feet (sf), for a total of approximately 1.8 million sf of nonresidential uses at the Technology Park (not including the proposed hotel). In addition, the Proposed Project would include approximately 1,730 multi-family housing units, a 193-room hotel, indoor space dedicated for community-serving facilities/uses, park buildings/improvements, and open space.
