1101 West El Camino Real Condominiums — Mountain View, CA
Regis Homes of Sares-Regis Group retained Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc. to provide geotechnical engineering services for the 1101 West development – a four-story luxury condominium project located at 1101 West El Camino Real in Mountain View as part of the Grand Boulevard Initiative, which was established to attract new development, retail, transit, employment, services and housing along El Camino Real.
The development is located on a one-acre infill site and consists of a range of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom condos over a podium garage that extends approximately one-half level below existing grade. The amenities also include a lobby, a landscaped courtyard with barbecues and a fire pit, a bike pavilion with secure bike storage and a workshop, a pet-friendly area and EV charging stations for each homeowner. The project architect is VTBS Architects.
