Cherry Avenue Logistics Center — Newark, CA

McShane Development Company retained Cornerstone Earth Group to provide a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Soil and Ground Water Quality Evaluation and a Geotechnical Investigation for the redevelopment of a 29.4-acre site with an approximately 586,500-square foot warehouse and trucking facility. The warehouse will be of concrete tilt-up construction with a steel truss hybrid roof structure with a wood deck. The project also includes asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete pavements, a loading dock, bioswales and utilities.
