Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc. is providing geotechnical engineering services at Midpoint @ 237, an office and manufacturing campus in the Silicon Valley “Golden Triangle.” Originally retained by real estate developer Trammell Crow, Cornerstone continues to provide geotechnical services for Google. The new campus consists of five parcels, totaling approximately 57 acres, and includes three Class A advance manufacturing buildings totaling about 600,000 square feet and four office/R&D buildings. Each of the office/R&D buildings are either two or three stories high and range from 85,000 to 125,000 square feet. The structures are designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
Planned campus improvements include a new pedestrian and bike bridge over Nortech Parkway that would create access between the two buildings on one side of the parkway with the three buildings on the other side. The new bridge will be accessible to employees as well as nearby residents and visitors.
