JP DiNapoli Companies retained Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc. to provide environmental and geotechnical services for the redevelopment of the property located at 333 and 335 West San Fernando Street in downtown San Jose, CA. The site was later acquired by Adobe and Cornerstone remains the environmental consultant for the project. Redevelopment of the approximately 2.5-acre site includes the construction of a new 1,300,000 square foot, 18-story office building, with two parking levels below grade, six levels above grade, and a pedestrian bridge connecting the new tower to Adobe’s existing campus.
