A 6-story commercial/office complex with a 4-level subterranean garage. The project included the deepest excavation in San Jose at its time with cuts up to 48 feet. The office complex and parking garage have footprints of 230,000 and 271,000 square feet, respectively.
Four story, 46,420 square-foot mixed use office building with 1,820 square feet of retail and a 130-space three-level underground parking garage. Grading is anticipated to include an excavation depth up to about 36 feet for the underground parking garage.
Redevelopment of the North Block of the Hillsdale Shopping Center includes tenant improvement to areas of the existing shopping center and construction of four new buildings that will house a movie theater, several retail stores and eateries. A central plaza will be constructed between the buildings as shown in the architectured rendering.
The 1,820 space six level parking garage features a plaza to accommodate small gatherings and vendor kiosks, openings in the metal screening for signs and banners, five elevators at three separate towers, a fire sprinkler system throughout and roll-up doors at entry points, 29 ADA spaces at ground and second levels, and 14 bicycle spaces. Green features include rooftop solar panels, motion-controlled energy saving light fixtures.
A new retail development consisting of one story of retail building supporting roof-top parking. The development has a footprint of approximately 26,200 square feet in the retail anchor building and approximately 9,945 square feet in the retail shops area. Parking is provided at at-grade areas as well as an elevated garage roof deck that partially covers the retail space.
Office campus development including three 6-story office buildings with 4 stories of office space over 2 levels of at-grade podium parking and a 5-level parking structure on an approximately 17.8 acre site.
An approximately 218 acre logistics center to be completed in two phases - Phase 1 consists of a 646,000 square foot warehouse with office space, and Phase 2 inludes four additional warehouses with footprints ranging from about 50,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. Phase 2 also includes a vehicle and pedestrian bridge that crosses an existing creek channel and several off-site road and utility improvements.
Two new residential mixed-use towers developed on an approximately 24,000-square foot property consisting of dual 9-story and 4-story residential towers separated by an open courtyard with ground floor commercial space.
